Provincial bilingual human resources strategy
Develop a provincial human resources strategy that will make it possible to coordinate human resource activities within the health system and ensure that a sufficient number of people able to serve the Francophone population are in place to meet needs. Build Shared Health’s organizational capacity and promote a culture that values bilingual human resources. Conduct an environmental scan of needs and capacities as well as a study showing what works and what doesn’t with respect to the approaches and strategies used. Analyse existing models and identify best practices.
