Promoting the active offer of integrated health services to seniors in Official Language Minority Communities

Representatives from Canada’s 13 provinces and territories and various stakeholder groups worked toward a common goal:
Improving access to health and social services in French for Francophone seniors in Canada
Together,
Managers of health services, Educational institutions and academic researchers, Communities and community agencies, Policy makers et government representatives, French language health networks, Associated members of the Fédération des aînés et aînées francophones du Canada
agreed on possible solutions contained in the following 2 knowledge mobilization tools.
