Managers of health services, Educational institutions and academic researchers, Communities and community agencies, Policy makers et government representatives, French language health networks, Associated members of the Fédération des aînés et aînées francophones du Canada
agreed on possible solutions contained in the following 2 knowledge mobilization tools.
