Based on the Ontario training success, THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT ARE: :

  • Make the Active Offer Training, designed and produced in Ontario, available in many provinces and territories.
  • Adapt the training according to provinces and territories systems.
  • Discuss the importance of the active offer of French language health services with individuals who work or study in the field of health care.
  • Promote the important role individuals can play in ensuring ongoing improvement of the active offer of French language health services.
  • Support a safe environment and provision of quality care for patients and clients.

New complementary modules

Complementary modules have been added to The Active Offer of French Language Health Services: Why It Matters and How to Put It Into Practice’ training. These 45-minute modules are being offered in certain provinces’ adaptations for now.
