Summary of activity
Réseau-action Communautaire (RAC) and Réseau-action Organisation des services (RAOS) of Société Santé et Mieux-être en français du Nouveau-Brunswick (SSMEFNB) are stimulating collaboration between partners from the settlement sector (welcome centres, the FIN) and their partners from the wellness and health promotion sector. This includes identifying opportunities for collaboration between partners from this sector and settlement professionals as well as making actors more aware of the realities of francophone immigrants among people working in wellness and health promotion.
Desired outcomes
Settlement professionals are able to identify and mobilize the appropriate partners and resources in order to help their clients integrate. Partners in health, wellness, and health promotion are able to form proactive collaborative relationships with the FIN, welcome centres, and their clients.
