Health training for staff of francophone direct-service providers.

Summary of activity
The goal of this project is to enable two trainings to be deployed. The first deals with existing resources to help immigrants access French-language health services (legal environment, presentation of existing tools, a map of health actors, etc.). The second deals with mental health first aid. These actions, along with producing the appropriate documentation, will provide FIN staff with the right skills and tools.
Desired outcomes
Francophone direct-service providers are able to support newcomers in accessing health care while taking mental health issues into account. Newcomers are able to navigate the health system more effectively.
