Summary of activity
Organizing a yearly meeting between staff members of the Réseau and of direct-service providers to discuss resources and needs expressed by immigrants. Presenting a map of health actors in Nova Scotia and approaching health partners to build relationships and take stock of the resources available to support direct settlement service providers. The desired outcome of these meetings is to put settlement officers and other health actors in contact with each other, as well as familiarizing settlement direct-service providers with the health environment and familiarizing health actors with issues pertaining to francophone immigrants.
Desired outcomes
Settlement professionals are able to identify and mobilize the appropriate partners and resources to help their clients integrate. Health professionals are able to identify the needs of the FIN and its clients.

- Partner meetings in which information and expertise regarding issues related to francophone immigration and projects run by the Réseau and the different immigration actors were shared.
