Policy Guide to Support French Language Services
Providing an active, regular, and permanent offer of services in French starts with the implementation of language policies and procedures. Developing such policies and procedures is an important step for any organization that aims to improve access to French language services in its region.
In this webinar, we will introduce the Policy Guide to Support French Language Services as well as the body of research and analysis of current practices used to develop it. This guide is designed to help organizations develop a language policy and procedures to support the active offer of French-language services in a manner suited to their needs.
