Cafés de Paris and activities for recognizing and retaining bilingual staff
Set up a Café de Paris. Identify, equip and recognize Francophone health human resources. Plan complementary recognition and retention activities. Welcome trainees in health programs.
The Café de Paris is an informal space where employees can acquire or maintain basic French language skills, interact orally in French and obtain tools and resources to enable them to offer services in both official languages. The model was developed in New Brunswick.
