The Francophone Immigration Health project is funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

Projects by province and territory

Alberta

Sharing the network’s expertise through meetings and workshops with the FIN of Alberta and other francophone immigration partners, as well as stimulating collaboration between health professionals and settlement professionals.


Multi-provincial/territorial study on the health status of francophone immigrants in Western Canada and in remote areas, specifically pertaining to mental health (including trauma, relational impacts, substance abuse, suicide), chronic diseases, and determinants of health.
